Law No. 1980 amending Law No. 72 “On consumer protection”.

Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Safety of goods (work, services) shall be intended the absence of risk associated with the possibility of causing harm to the life, health or property of the consumer, as well as the environment during the use, storage, transportation and disposal of goods (result of work, services) or in the process of performing work (providing services )”.
