Abstract
This Law consists of 6 Chapters that contain 27 articles. This Law establishes legal basis in the sphere of hydrometeorological activity and is aimed at provision of the state, legal and natural persons with hydrometeorological information and with the information on the state of environment. Hydrometeorological activity is observation over the state of environment, data collection and processing, analysis, storage and concession of information and prognostication of the changes in the state of environment as well as work of active impact on hydrometeorological and other geophysical processes. The Law also ensures access to information on environment.
