Order No. 90 of the Ministry of Agriculture validating the Regulation on the procedure for ensuring the fertility of agricultural land.

This Order establishes the procedure for ensuring the fertility of agricultural land and defines the rules of the state accounting indicators fertility related to land for agricultural purposes. State accounting of indicators of the fertility of agricultural lands includes collection and generalization of the results of soil, geobotanical and other surveys of agricultural land. The indicators are taken into account for the purposes of implementing state policy in the field of agricultural land fertility, coordinating the activities of relevant state bodies, individuals and legal entities on the state of fertility of agricultural land. Fertility of agricultural land is achieved in the following ways: (a) organization and collection of complete and reliable information on the state and dynamics of fertility of agricultural land; (b) identification of negative results of economic activity on agricultural land; (c) identification of resources to ensure sustainability of agricultural production; and (d) inclusion in the state records of indicators of agricultural land fertility and the state of agricultural land fertility.
