Law No. 1883 amending Law No. 56 “On state regulation of agricultural land fertility”.

Article 6 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Land users are obliged to prevent decrease in the fertility of the land plot and deterioration of its ecological and reclamation condition; and to carry out activities to improve the condition of agricultural land through the use of crop rotation and the use of organic, mineral and biological fertilizers”. Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “In order to ensure the fertility of agricultural land, the authorized state body develops and submits targeted state programs for approval to the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan”.
