Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 45 articles divided into eight Chapters, establishes the Regime of Administrative Offences against Food Safety and Food quality standards. It establishes sanitary procedures and hygiene requirements to be satisfied in order to put on the market any foodstuff and regulates food quality standards, food additives and any matters related to standards for food production, import and export.
