Abstract
This Ministerial Order establishes the Regulation for financial support allowance for vulnerable people. The regulation contributes to the realization of the principle of legality and provide legal certainty for the state to comply with the constitution, the purposes of which include the promotion of social justice and human dignity. It specifies the requirements to be met in order to benefit from such a financial support allowance.
