Abstract
This Ministerial Order amends Ministerial Order No. 1/2008 on specific norms regulating the environmental licensing for industrial mining and stone quarry extraction activities. Amended article 5 deals with prohibition of sand extraction in order to protect and preserve environmental, marine and coastal zones. The Annex re-publishes the entire updated version of Ministerial Order No. 1/2008.
