Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Rules of Procedure of the National Youth Development Council (CNDJ). The Council is an advisory body to the member of the Government, responsible for youth affairs and coordination between the various public and private institutions involved in youth development activities, which takes the form of regular meetings convened by that member of the Government.
