Abstract
This Ministerial Order regulates the Community Revitalisation Programme and governs the organisation, composition, operation and powers of the Village Development Centre (CDA). The Village Development Centre is a non-profit commission without legal personality, in accordance with the terms of Article 5 of Decree-Law No. 48/2024 of 24 December, whose purpose is to support the Community Revitalisation Programme in villages by promoting economic development in the trade, industry and cooperative sectors. The purpose of this Order is to promote and coordinate sustainable development activities in the village, in order to mobilise the participation of the village community, improve quality of life and strengthen the local area through the Community Revitalisation Programme.
