Abstract
This Ministerial Order approves the Regulation of the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals (MPM). The Regulation, consisting of 62 articles divided into four Chapters and five Annexes, establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the service units that are part of the departments defined in the Law of the MPM, as well as the principles that govern the levels of management and hierarchy that coordinate and articulate them.
