Ministerial Order No. 7/2013 regulating the structure of the National Directorates for Tourism (MT).

This Ministerial Order, consisting of 6 Chapters, establishes that the V Constitutional Government Programme for the 2012-2017 Legislature, presented to the National Parliament in September 2012, gives to the tourism sector an important role as socio-economic development factor for the country. Chapter II establishes the structure of the National Directorates for Tourism under the Ministry of Tourism (MT) for the period 2012-2017. It specifies composition, duties and responsibilities of competent institutions entitled to carry out activities related to land use planning, tourism, financial aspect, etc.
