Abstract
Article 37 shall be amended to add the following wording: On the territory of state historical and cultural reserves, only construction of objects related to the activities of the reserves is authorized. The construction of such facilities is carried out according to projects agreed upon with the authorized state body for the protection, study and restoration of objects of national historical and cultural heritage.
