Law amending Law “On protection of the objects of cultural heritage”.

Article 18 shall be amended to add the following wording: “The right to include in the Register of objects of national historical and cultural heritage belongs to the authorized state body for the protection, study and restoration of objects of national historical and cultural heritage”. Article 23 lists the objects of state expertise for establishing historical and cultural value. Article 32 establishes that land-use planning activities, including excavation, construction, drainage and land reclamation, can be carried out if there is a Conclusion from the authorized state body for the protection, study and restoration of objects of national historical and cultural heritage on the absence of objects of historical and cultural heritage in the territory subject to economic development.
