Abstract
The scope of this Law shall be to safeguard and ensure the constitutional right of citizens to protection of public health through socio-economic, healthcare, sanitary, hygienic and anti-epidemic arrangements. The state shall have to ensure sanitary and epidemiological well-being and welfare of the population and to regulate the issues of environmental protection and environmental security. The state must ensure protection of life and health of citizens in the event of the outbreak of natural and technological disasters.
