Abstract
The present Law regulates the relations in the sphere of trade for the purpose of complete satisfaction of the demand in produce and service. Trade is an entrepreneurial activity aimed at meeting the demand in consumer commodities by means of their turnover, purchase and trade, organization of public catering and concession of the respective services. The document consists of X Section that contain 46 Articles. Sec.I (arts. 1-8) lays down general provisions. Sec.II (Arts.9-15) regards state management in the sphere of trade. Sec.III (Arts.16-21) regards contract of purchase and sale. Sec.IV (Arts.22-33) regards commercial service. Sec.V (Arts.34-35) deals with labour relations in the sphere of trade. Sec.VI (Arts.36-37) establishes the rights and the duties of the subjects of trade. Sec.VII (Arts.38-39) establishes the rights and the duties of the customer in the sphere of trade. Sec.VIII (Arts.40-42) regards control in the sphere of trade. Sec.IX establishes liability in the sphere of trade and regards also dispute settlement. Sec.X (Arts.45-46) lays down final provisions.
