Abstract
This Law establishes legal basis of seed-growing activity in Turkmenistan and is aimed at regulation of the issues of organization and functioning of the system of seed-growing and state control in the sphere of seed-growing. The document consists of V Sections that contain 22 Articles. Sec.I (arts. 1-4) lays down general provisions. Sec.II (Arts.5-12) regards organization of seed-growing. Sec.III (Arts.13-16) regards turnover of seeds. Sec.IV (Arts.17-20) regards state control in the sphere of seed-growing. Sec.V (arts.21-22) regards international cooperation in the sphere of seed-growing.
