Law on amendments and addenda to some legislative acts (1999).

The following amendments and addenda must be introduced into the legislative acts of Turkmenistan : 1. In the Law of Turkmenistan on October 1, 1993 "On the protection of the consumers’ rights" (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1993, no 9-10, part IV, article 66): - in the paragraph 3 of the Article 4, the words "on standardisation, metrology, protection of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of Turkmenistan (the Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan)" change by the words "Turkmenstandart" (Head State Inspection "Turkmenstandart"); in the Article 33, in the paragraphs 1,2,3 of the Article 34 the words "Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan", "Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan" and "Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan" change accordingly by the words Head State Inspection "Turkmenstandart", Head State Inspection "Turkmenstandart" and Head State Inspection "Turkmenstandart". 2. In the Article 5 of the Law of Turkmenistan on October 8, 1993 "On Certification of produce and service" (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1993, no 9-10, part VI, art. 94) the words "Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan" change by the words Head State Inspection "Turkmenstandart". 3. In the paragraph II of the Article 19 of the Law of Turkmenistan on June 18, 1996 "On seed-growing" (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1996, no 1-2, part II, art. 9) the words "on standardisation, metrology, protection of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of Turkmenistan" change by the words "Turkmenstandart".
