Regulation No. 19 of the Minister of Justice validating the Regulation on the procedure for keeping documents of the State Register of Real Estate Property Rights and related transactions.

The purpose of registration of documents received by the state for registration real estate property rights submitted for state registration of emergence, change or termination of rights and obligations related to real estate is to keep record of the actual state of rights, obligations and transactions with real estate property. The Regulation validates also state registration forms regarding real estate property. State register contains the following information and data: (a) applications and accompanying documents for the state registration of the emergence, change or termination of rights to real estate property, rights and obligations related to real estate property; (b) applications for correction of errors in records when registered by the state; (c) applications for suspension of state registration; (d) documents of judicial bodies and other competent authorities (documents on the basis of state registration of emergence, change or termination of rights related to real estate property rights); and (e) other applications and documents received in accordance with the legislation of Turkmenistan. Register of real estate property shall be kept on paper and in electronic form on regular basis.
