Abstract
These Regulations amend the Business Licenses Regulations 2007 in regulations 2, 3, 7, and 8 and in Schedules 1, 2 and 3. The amendments concern, among other things, fees, sector specific requirements and licence conditions. New regulations introduced concern consultation by the Business Licence Officer and invalidity of business licences.
