Abstract
These Regulations implement provisions of the Business Licences Act 2002 with respect to, among other things: the application for a business licence, the renewal or cancellation of a business licence, the Business Licence Register and appeal to the Minister from decisions of the Business Licensing Officer with the Minister. They also require a person who engages in more than one business activity, to obtain a business licence for each business activity and list activities that require a licence. One of such activities is the retail sale of food.
