Abstract
This Act amends the Harbours Act in section 3 by deleting the section and by substituting by a new section that grants powers to the Prime Minister to appoint, with the consent of Cabinet, such officers, in addition to the Secretary for Marine and Ports, that may be required for carrying the provisions of the principal Act into effect.
