Abstract
This Act concerns the management and regulated activities in harbours to which this Act applies pursuant to a Proclamation of the Prime Minister.
The Prime Minister shall appoint a harbour master for each declared harbour. The harbour master shall be the principal authority for a declared harbour. The Act prohibits various activities in a harbour. Among them are: use of explosives, fishing with specified nets, the polluting of waters and the removal of sand gravel and other material. The Act prescribes penalties for these offences.
