Abstract
This Act amends the Harbours Act in the First Schedule. The First Schedule specifies harbour, pilotage and other dues and fees and exemptions from such dues and fees.
The amendment concerns the use of tugboats in a harbour. The Secretary for Marine and Ports may, at his or her discretion, direct that the services of a tugboat must be used by any vessel of 1000 GRT or less.
