Abstract
This Notice, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Forests under section 3 of the Market Act (Cap. 49), specifies the type of goods which may be sold at Talamahu Market. The goods include: food, fresh fruit and vegetables, grains, root crops, and other goods of that nature, live animals. Fresh fish or fresh meat or fresh poultry may not be dold, unless the market manager gives special permission with adequate arrangements and assurances by the vendor regarding health, safety, and sanitation requirements.
