Abstract
No petroleum shall be imported or exported except from declared harbours (sect. 3). No person shall import or store or keep any petroleum in the Kingdom except as in accordance with provisions of this Act or any Regulations made under it. A master of any vessel carrying petroleum shall notify the harbour master and follow anchorage instructions. Section 9 specifies powers of inspections of specified police officers. His Majesty in Council may grant permission to lay pipelines and related activities under section 9. Regulation making powers of His Majesty in Council are set out in section 10. Penalties are prescribed by section 11. (11 sections)
