Abstract
These Regulations, made by the Minister of Agriculture and Forests under sections 3 and 5 of the Market Act (Cap. 49), concern the operation of the Talamahu Market. They provide, among other things, with respect to control by the market authority, managing of markets by a market manager, application for and grant and registration of licences, inspection of goods and health requirements.
