Tourist (Amendment) Act 1990 (No. 16 of 1990).

This Act amends the Tourist Act 1976: in section 2 with regard to interpretations; in section 8 with regard to the duties of authorities; in section 9 with respect to fees; in section 10 with respect to an application for the grant or renewal of a licence; and in sections 4 and 31 with respect to replacement of the Tourist Officer by the Director of Tourism.
