Abstract
This Act amends the Waste Management Act by redefining replacing in section 2 the definition of “Department” with ”Ministry”, which means the Ministry responsible for the environment. The Principal Act is also amended in the English version by repealing the word “Department” wherever appearing and replacing them with “Ministry”.
