Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Gopvernemnt of the Republic of Belarus on co-operation in veterinary field.

This Agreement sets out a framework of co-operation in veterinary field and circulation of animals and animal products for the protection of animal and public health and prevention of transmissible animal diseases and unsafe animal products. The contracting parties agree upon the conditions and requirements for the transit and export of animals and animal products and the rules and procedures to be applied if the ‘’shipments’’ does not fulfill the criteria. The parties further agree to co-operate on exchange of information, encouragement of co-ordination between scientific institutes and diagnostic and analysis laboratories and mutual technical assistance on veterinary field. The scope of the Agreement may be extended. The Agreement is valid for five years and will be automatically extended for another five years if none of the parties terminate it with a six months notice.
