Agreement between Turkey and Libya on the establishment of the joint Agriculture and Livestock Corporation.

The Republic of Turkey and the Libyan Arab Republic (Jamarihiya) have signed an agreement on a joint Agriculture and Livestock Corporation. The main objectives of the agreement are: (i) cereal and animal feed production in Turkey; (ii) livestock breeding, rearing, slaughtering, consequent packaging and storing in Turkey; (iii) Libyan glasshouse crops production that will be traded both domestically and internationally; (iv) acquisition of machinery and tools. The headquarters will be located in Ankara, Turkey.
