Agreement on cooperation on seed growing between the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan agree on: (I) mutual cooperation in seed farming, (II) harmonization of relevant legislation, (III) development of seed certification laboratory procedures, and (IV) technical capacity building of experts. A Seed Network will be established for cooperation between the relevant institutions and producer organizations of the two countries in the seed sector. The contracting parties may solve the disputes falling under the provisions of this agreement through negotiations and consultations. The parties may make amendments in the Agreement with mutual consent. The Agreement is for 5 years period and will automatically extend for another 5 years unless one the contracting parties terminates the Agreement by giving 6 months written notice.
