Agreement on development cooperation between the Republic of Turkey and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

By the Decree No. 2016/9201 of the Council of Ministers of 19 September 2016, the Agreement on development cooperation between the Republic of Turkey and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has been approved. The Parties agree upon development cooperation especially on agriculture, agro-industry, food safety, rural and urban development and planning, promotion of small and medium sized enterprises, culture, tourism, health, transport, water, sanitation and environmental protection. The Parties shall develop cooperation by exchange of information, experience and best practices, technology transfer, technical assistance and capacity building. This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved through consultations and negotiations. This Agreement shall be valid for five years and is automatically renewable with termination rights requiring six months written notice.
