Agreement on grants in the field of animal health between the Republic of Türkiye and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

The Republic of Türkiye will provide bivalent vaccine against foot and mouth disease to the Republic of Azerbaijan to support their efforts to combat this disease in 2023. After delivery, the donated vaccines will belong to Azerbaijan and will be used by the Republic of Azerbaijan to maintain animal health services and combat foot-and-mouth disease. This Agreement will enter into force on the date of receipt of the last written notification by the Parties informing each other through diplomatic channels that they have completed the internal legal process necessary for the entry into force of this Agreement. This Agreement will terminate after the FMD vaccine grant is completed.
