Abstract
This Regulation lays down the procedures and principles regarding the registration of beekeeping enterprises, honey bee colonies and bee products. The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure breeding, research, determination of genetic resources, conservation, artificial insemination, determination of the basic principles of queen bee breeding and sustainability in beekeeping. It covers all aspects of production, breeding, accommodation, obtaining breeding material, determining the principles of fixed and migratory beekeeping, taking necessary measures regarding the transportation of beehives, standardization of tools, machinery and materials, development of pollinator plant production, agricultural control measures, registration of honey beehives, and capacity building.

Notes
The provisions of this Regulation shall be governed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry.
