Circular No. 2024/5 on seasonal agricultural workers.

This Circular sets out the procedures and principles for the work to be carried out to eliminate the problems experienced by those who go to other provinces from their current provinces in order to work as seasonal agricultural workers and their families during this process. It lays down provisions on temporary settlement area, health and education services, employment, social services, Seasonal Agricultural Workers information system, investment, projects on working and living conditions of seasonal agricultural workers, inspection, establishment of Monitoring Committee in every province and districts, and the establishment of Seasonal Agricultural Workers Monitoring and Evaluation Board.
