Abstract
This Agreement sets out a framework for cooperation in the field of disaster management between Turkey and Pakistan, through prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response and rehabilitation and reconstruction of disaster. It is also stated in the Protocol that, study, training and technical programs will be organized, the human resources will be enhanced and the contracting parties will exchange knowledge, experience, technology and information, experts. Each party reserves the right for reasons of national security, public order or public health to suspend temporarily either as a whole or in part the implementation of this Cooperation Protocol. The disputes may be solved by conciliation. This Agreement may be amended by mutual written consent. The Agreement is valid for three years and is automatically renewable with termination rights requiring three months written notice.
