Abstract
This Decree sets forth the principles and procedures of the determination of agricultural lands for tea production, of renewal of the licenses of tea producers and issuance of new licenses for the producers dealing tea production in these areas without a licence. The Decree also provides for the rules and principles governing the cancellation of licences, control and administrative sanctions.
