Abstract
This Decree amends Paragraph 1 of Article 1 as “designation of agricultural land in every district aims at supporting, planning and development of agricultural production in ecologically suitable areas and making agricultural inventory”. This Decree adds Provisional Clause 1 regarding the state support for agricultural production until 31 December 2018.
