The Instruction sets forth the procedures of auditing facilities processing aquatic products. The Instruction covers provisions on infrastructure, technical and physical requirements, minimum requirements of processing, risk analysis and critical control points, registry, types of audit and auditors. The Instruction also covers four annexes attached to the original text.
