Abstract
This Law sets forth the financial and administrative rules and procedures of supplying potable and industrial water for Ankara and Istanbul. The Law defines the duties and responsibilities of Municipality of Ankara, Municipality of Istanbul and General Directorate of State Hydraulic Works in supplying water for these cities. The Law also covers provisions about financial and administrative rules on investments for waste water treatment services.
