Abstract
This Law amends Paragraph 2 of Article 2, regarding chemicals and radioactive substances. This Law also amends Article 3, regarding definitions. It amends Article 5, regarding enabling the transfer of mining license. This Law changes “fee and warrant” phrase to “license fee” in Article 7. This Law amends articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 24 and 29 regarding administrative fine. It amends Article 14, regarding public investment. It amends Article 16, regarding tender price. It amends articles 30, 31, 32, 36, 37, 46 regarding procedures of licensing of areas. This Law adds Provisional Clause 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 and 30, in accordance with the Article 7.
