Law No. 7441 on the establishment of the Disaster Reconstruction Fund.

This Law lays down provisions on the establishment of the Disaster Reconstruction Fund, the procedures and principles regarding the management and activities of the Fund, and the authority of the Minister to allocate the external financing provided on behalf of Türkiye to the Disaster Reconstruction Fund. This Fund shall be used to provide, manage and transfer the necessary resources for reconstruction, infrastructure and superstructure works in areas declared as disaster areas to relevant public institutions and organizations.
