Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs of the Republic of Turkey and the Ministry of Agriculture and Fisheries of the Sultanate of Oman.

This Memorandum of Understanding sets out a framework of co-operation on fields of agriculture, food processing, animal husbandry and rural affairs between the Republic of Turkey and the Sultanate of Oman. The contracting parties agree upon exchange of technical information and documents, holding meetings, conferences and seminars, joint action, establishing and encouraging joint ventures between the private sectors of the two countries and exchange of experts. The parties further agree on establishing a joint working group which will hold meeting alternately in Turkey and Oman once in every two years. This agreement is valid for a 5 years period with extension and termination rights requiring six months notice.
