Abstract
This Memorandum of Understanding between the Republic of Turkey and the Republic of Sudan concerns cooperation in the field of mining and minerals has been approved. The Parties agree upon bilateral scientific, technical, technological, legislative, administrative and commercial cooperation in the field of mining and minerals. The Parties shall develop cooperation by exchange of information, technology and expertise, and by public private partnership. The Parties may organize educational programs on geological research, exploration, remote sensing and geographic information systems. A Mining Working Group shall be established. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved through consultation. This MoU shall be valid for three years and may be extended for successive periods of three years unless terminated by written notice requiring three months.

This MoU enters into force on the date of the declaration of all national legal requirements are fulfilled by both contracting governments.
