Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in the field of Energy and Mining between the Government of the Republic of Turkey and the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

This MoU sets out a framework for co-operation in the field of energy and mining between Turkey and Tajikistan. The parties agree to co-operate in energy field to promote investments in the sector and to develop scientific, technical, technological, legislative, administrative and commercial cooperation bilaterally. It is also stated in the MoU that, the contracting parties will exchange information and expertise and set up joint working groups in related fields. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent and the disputes may be solved by conciliation. The MoU is valid for five years and is automatically renewable with termination rights requiring three months written notice.
