Abstract
By the Decree No. 2016/9218 of the Council of Ministers of 19 September 2016, the Memorandum of Understanding on industrial cooperation between the Republic of Turkey and the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan has been approved. The Parties agree upon increasing potentials for industrial integration and providing cooperation in the field of promising industries, including food, water, environment, energy and electric industries. The Parties shall develop cooperation by exchange of experience and expertise regarding R&D, industrial capacity, industrial mapping and industrial estate. The Parties may organize conferences, congresses, study visits, seminars and workshops. This MoU may be amended by mutual written consent. The dispute may be solved through a joint meeting. This MoU shall be valid for three years and is automatically renewable with termination rights requiring ninety days written notice.
