Abstract
This Notification sets out administrative fines as laid down in Article 9 of the Natural Gas Market Law No. 4646, with an increase at the revaluation rate of 2023. Administrative fines shall be imposed to real persons or legal entities performing activities in the natural gas market that are breaching the provisions of the Natural Gas Market Law, regulations or notifications, the obligations under a license or certificate, and the decisions and instructions of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority.
