Abstract
This Notification amends Article 4 regarding the obligation of the sectors defined in the tables of the Regulation on water pollution control to take samples from and control by measuring and analysis of wastewater at the intervals specified in the annexes of their environmental permit on wastewater discharge and/or deep sea discharge and to determine and document information regarding the characteristics and quantities of wastewater continuously or at certain intervals. Depending on the flow rates, the required flow measurement and frequency of sampling of industrial, urban and domestic wastewater shall be made according to Table 1 shown in the Notification.
