Abstract
This Notification lays down the conditions to be sought in institutions/organizations that will prepare files/reports within the scope of the Regulation on Environmental Impact Assessment, required documents, evaluation of applications, issuance, suspension and cancellation of environmental impact assessment qualification certificate, obligations and inspection of the institutions/organizations and application fee.
