Abstract
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry is authorized to make periodic arrangements, when necessary, in the export of the products whose customs tariff position or customs tariff statistics position and description are specified in this Notification. This Notification regulates the export of the goods mentioned in the third article, including potato, tomato, onion, garlic, cucumber, beans, eggplants, green pepper, olive, lentil, orange, lemon, tangerine, watermelon, apple, olive oil, poultry, eggs, and butter.

Entry into force notes
This Notification enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette and shall be effective from that date until 31 December 2022.
